Helpful Maps

Heriot Toun Studio is located in a beautiful rural part of the Scottish Borders and we're easy to find.

 

If you're coming from the north, head south on the A7 from Cameron Toll. Pass Newtongrange and Gorebridge (still on the A7), and about 7mls later you'll see the sign for Heriot. (Don't turn off before then) If you're coming from the south from the Galashiels direction, head north on the A7 passing Stow and Fountainhall, and about 9mls further you'll see the Heriot turnoff on your left, clearly signposted.

From the sign at the A7 turnoff to Heriot, drive along the B709 which leads to Heriot Primary School and Innerleithen. At about one mile from the A7, you'll see the the farmhouse on the right with a yellow gable end, - two white poles mark the bottom of the track. (and the cairn where we show work). You'll see the studio on the hill above the house. Drive up the track and round the top to the studio where you can park near the door. Easy-peasy.

ps - if you use a satnav - don't! It takes you a mile further down the road to Borthwick Hall.
