ACCOMMODATION AT HERIOT TOUN STUDIO

The self-catering studio can sleep up to four people. It has a bedroom, shower room, galley kitchen and a sitting area with wood burning stove. The 40m2 work area is spacious and brightly lit with north facing rooflights glass doors overlooking the Heriot valley.

View of Heriot Toun Studio in winterAs the sleeping/living/working areas are all under one roof, residents have exclusive use of the studio. Heriot Toun Studio can sleep upto four people, two in a twin bedded room and two on a sofa bed in the living area.

The twin bedded room has shelves and drawers for storage as well as hanging space. There is a hifi and a hairdryer and reading lights above the beds. The shower room/toilet is immediately adjacent to the bedroom.

There is a well equipped kitchen with hob/oven and fridge. (please see below for full list of equipment.)The sitting area has comfortable seats, wood burning stove, bookcase, hi-fi/radio, reading lights and a table for eating /reading/writing. The eco-friendly studio has geothermal heating and sheeps wool insulation throughout.

There is a timber deck immediately outside the working area of the studio which could be used for poetry readings, yoga, music, relaxing, eating drinking. There is also a campfire area and bbq
