Please read the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. A non refundable deposit of 25%, in the form of a cheque, is required to secure a booking and payment in full must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. Sorry but don't accept credit cards.

2. If you cancel less than 2 weeks from your arrival date, the full fee is payable if we have been unable to secure an alternative booking. It is strongly recommended that you take out insurance against cancellation.

3. Please advise us in advance of any pets you'd like to bring with you.

Heriot Toun Studio takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property, vehicles or their person. Users are expected to have their own insurance to cover any such loss or damage while visiting the studio and its grounds.
